| Clarification Note: |
It is submitted that the application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the supporting document submitted by the project proponent i.e. water calculation with project report and reply of the earlier observations.
2. Further, the project proponent needs to submit revised site plan as the project proponent has applied for consent to establish (NOC) for development of residential plots 96, Independent Floor 15, EWS plots 18, Plot Commercial 15, whereas, the approved site is for development of 129 plots (including 18 EWS), 15 no. commercial plots & 1 club.
It is requested to submit the reply to the observations within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
