The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1) 1. Copy of building plan submitted by the industry are signed by the Architect not approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry is required to submit building plans approved by Competent Authority.
2) The industry was visited by undersigned on 15.12.2023 and it was observed that the industry had not installed ETP. The industry is again submitting application without completion certificate for ETP.
Accordingly, a clarification was raised to the industry to submit above said documents within 02 days. The representative of the industry was also contacted telephonically and requested to submit reply. However, the industry failed to submit the reply to the clarification till date.
Keeping the above, in view kindly press scrutiny incomplete option to return the application.
