The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. Earlier the Hallmark center was given personal hearing before SEE on 18.1.2024 due to following reason: -
1. The hallmark has not submitted approved building plan with the application.
2. The hallmark is located commercial mix zone as per classification of area certificate issued from ATP, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar as per Master Plan, Jalandhar, but it has failed to submit the permissibility certificate issued by the concerned department so far.
No one attended the hearing and the CTO applications were refused.
Now the Hallmark center has applied again for CTOs. As per report The hall mark center has submitted approved building plan and classification of area certificate issued from ATP, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar vide letter No. 1388 dated 22.01.2024 in which mentioned that the site of the hallmark falls in commercial mix zone as per Master Plan, Jalandhar and also mentioned the hallmark center is allowed to operate at site.
May if approved the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be 1.6.2028 with usual conditions as per policy of the Board.
