It is intimated that the industry was visited on 12.09.2022 to check the compliance of observations during earlier visit except the performance of the ETP and it was observed that: -
1. The project proponent has not provided pipeline network for utilization of treated water in the plantation area.
2. Wild plantation growth was observed in the plantation area and proper ridges and furrows have not been provided.
3. The project proponent has not submitted any details regarding disposal of solid waste generated from the premises.
Now the present report and recommendation of Ro be perused. May if approved consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2026 with suitable conditions, please.
Ro be directed to collect effluent sample submit the compliance of above observation within one month
