The application of the industry was scrutinized and following discrepencies were observed:-
1. The industry has increased its production capacity, and as per CA certificate total value of plant and machinery has also increased, but as per application form total generation of the trade effluent has decreased.
2. As per CA certificate total value of plant and machinery has increased But the industry has not submitted any detail of its increased machinery also cost of building has not incorporated in the cost of total assets of the industry.
3. The industry has not deposited any NOC regularization fee.
4. The industry has not submitted copy of analysis report of effluent and air emission issued by the Board.
