The point wise reply is as under-
1. The industry has installed entire proposed machinery to Sorted Raw Rice @ 6.0 TPHby using paddy@ 9.0 TPH WITH DRYER.
2. The air sampling shall be carried out in due course of time.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that varied consent to operate (CTO) under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted up to 30/09/2032, for the production of Sorted raw rice (with dryer) @ 6.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 9.0 TPH, subject to the suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and a special conditions that the industry shall get its APCD monitored from Board’s lab & shall submit analysis report to the Board in the coming season. |
