The details of the case may kindly be perused.
In view of the said details and recommendations of EE, RO,SAS Nagar, it is recommended that extension in validity of Consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be extended for two years subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions mentioned in previous CTE/NOC vide no. CTE/Fresh/SAS/2023/21034021 dated 24.03.2023, please.
