The case of the industry has been scrutinized and was raised clarification as under : -
1. The industry has not attached the revenue record such as copy of sale deed/ Jamabandi/latha.
2. The industry has not attached the DTP classification report regarding suitability of site.
3. The industry has not attached the complete copy of partnership deed.
4. The industry has attached the site distances report from the Naib Tehsildar whereas the distance from the Approved Residential area has not been mentioned.
The industry was requested to submit the reply within 2 days so that the application can be processed further. But the industry has failed to submit reply.
As such the application may be returned being incomplete with request to reapply afresh after removing above said observations.
