It is re-submitted that intimated that the :-
1. The CETP has installed one thermopack of capacity 2000 U with wood as fuel with dust collector as APCD and it has one boiler of capacity 01 TPH with cyclone as APCD as an air pollution machinery. Also one DG set of capacity 125 KVA equipped with canopy along with adequate stack height has been installed.
2. The operation of its Air pollution machinery i.e. its thermopack is linked with the operation of its Multi Effect Evaporator (MEE) which is an integral part of its ZLD system.
3. The sole purpose of its thermopack is to provide Heat treatment mechanism of its MEE.
4. The CETP operator is in process of making expansion and also compliance of the various decisions of its personal hearings before the Board's competent authority is under process for which the CTO under Water Act,974 of the CETP operator had been recommended for shorter duration f i.e. upto 31.12.2024.
5. Though ,the CETP is complying with the provisions of the Air Act, 1981 but to link the Both applications , the application of the Air Act,1981 was also recommended for the same period.
6.The CTO fee deposited by the CETP operator under Air Act,1981 is valid upto 30.06.2028.
As discussed, keeping in view above,it is now re-proposed that the CTO under the Air Act,1981 may be considered for grant for suitable period as per the validity of its CTO fee.
