The industry has proposed to install multicyclone as APCD equipped with stack of adequate height.

Keeping In view above, it is recommended that the consent to establish (CTE) a new Saila plant for manufacturing of Dry/steamed/parboiled rice @ 4.0 TPH by using Paddy @ 6.0 TPH under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry under Red category, subject to the suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and following additional conditions imposed in the agenda note.
