Sir, the pointwise reply is as under:-
1. Whether there is an addition of land in the industry?
Reply: There is no addition of the land and the CA value of the land remain same.
2. Whether the site of the industry is suitable for its expansion?
Reply: The industry has not made any expansion. The industry has changed its product from dana and plastic carry bags @ 528 kg to Plastic/PVC Dana/Granuals & Plastic Packing material @ 528 Kgs/day.
3. Whether the industry is using scrap/waste plastic for making packaging material.
Reply: The industry is using LDPE plastic scrap as raw material.
4. Please attach detailed consent fee details applicable on the industry w.e.f. 2016.
Reply: The industry has earlier deposited fees upto 30.06.2017. Now the industry has deposited Rs. 25200/- under each act, which includes penalty of Rs. 10800/- under each act.
