As discussed with your goodself, it is submitted that the site of the industry located within 2 km from nearest MC and more than 1.50 km from nearest MC. Accordingly, the condition was imposed that the industry shall be bound to replace / upgrade its APCDs to achieve the stringent emissions standards of 350 mg/NM3.
Therefore, the case is submitted for approval as recommended vide note dated 02.02.2024 along with specific condition that the industry shall achieve the stringent emissions standards of 350 mg/NM3.
