Sir, the industry has submitted reply wherein it has been mentioned that due to the transfer of sale deed, there is increase in the fixed assets of the industry.
Further, the industry has submitted and affidavit, wherein it has been mentioned that the industry has not increased in any land area and the land area is same since the commissioning of the unit. Thus, it is clear that the industry is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.
Therefore, it is recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2024 for manufacturing of Sorted Raw Rice (without dryer) @ 2.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 3.0 TPH, as raw material under orange category, subject to certain conditions to be mentioned therein and a special condition that the industry will got analyzed its stack emission samples from the Board's lab or Board's approved lab in coming season.
