| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and observed as under: -
1. The industry has not submitted approved building plan from competent person of director of factories.
2. The industry is required to submit year wise CA certificate from the date of commencement to verify any expansion occurred in the industry.
3. As per Board’s order regarding VDS scheme, the industries, which falls in designated/permissible area can avail VDS scheme. The industry has not submitted permissible/continuity certificate from MCL with the application.
You are requested to submit above said documents within 02 days.
