Sir, the industry is a small scale red category unit and has applied for obtaining fresh 'Consent to Operate' under Water Act, 1974.
On perusal of application, it has been observed that the industry has been commissioned without NOC of the Board.
As per MSME certificate submitted by industry date of commissioning is 03.02.2020 and date of udyam registration is 26.11.2020. It seems that the industry has been shifted from some other place to this location. The industry is required to clarify the above.
Also, date of agreement with M/s JBR Technologies Ltd. Ludhiana is 23.10.2023. The industry has not submitted record w.r.t. fresh water consumption and effluent lifting to M/s JBR Technologies Ltd. Ludhiana from 26.11.2020 to 23.10.2023.
Also, the industry needs to clarify for disposal of trade effluent from 26.11.2020 (date of comissioning) to 23.10.2023 (date of agreement with JBR)
If approved, show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the Water Act 1974 may be issued to the industry with hearing at ZO level, please.
