Sir, in reply of clarification raised by CEE Sir dated 01.02.2024 that Whether the industry has provided monitoring mechanism with its vehicles & whether RO has monitored its operations wrt qty. of spent acid lifted/treated, Qty. of HW generated/lifted.
In reply, RO reported that the industry has provided monitoring mechanisam with its vehicle i,e. GPS tracker. The user id and password of the same is: User id: 7888974952 Password: Hawk1234. The operation of the unit w.r.t quantitiy of spent acid lifted/treated and quantity of HW generated/lifted was verified by this office and found in order. Further the detail of last three months of lifting of spent acid is attached. The industry was granted authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 vide no. HWM/renew/LDH1/2021/15185022 dated 28.05.2021 valid upto 27.05.2026.
In view of above, it is recommended that:-
1. Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for further six months.
2. Directions u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued for restoration of electric connection of the industry for further six months as per the policy of the Board.
3. The request of the industry dated 17.08.2023 regarding waive off of Bank Guarantee may be considered, please.
