It is submitted as under:-
1. The industry has not installed any new boiler/new paddy cleaner in the premises.
2. The industry has submitted feasibility report regarding adequacy of existing APCD installed with paddy cleaners and shelling sections after expansion in which it is mentioned that at page no. 11 that the increased pollution will be controlled by existing APCD in steamed/raw rice sheller section.
3. The industry has submitted report issued by Tehsildar, Ferozepur dated 22.02.2013 in which it is mentioned that the site falls in village Sande Hasham, Tehsil & District Ferozepur and no any MC limit falls within 5 km from the site of the industry. Further, the industry has submitted report issued by SDM, Ferozepur dated 07.08.2015 in which it is mentioned that the site falls outside lal lakir of village Sande Hasham, Tehsil & District Ferozepur and the site of the industry does not fall within any MC limit. After this no, MC limit has been increased in the area. Thus, the site is suitable for regularization of additional machinery.
