Incorporating the details of note dated 05.02.2024, it is recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30/06/2028 for operation of saila plant/ steamed plant/ rice sheller unit to manufacture Saila Rice/Steam Rice @ 84 T/day and Steam Rice/Raw Rice @ 104 T/day and Sorted Rice @ 132 T/day, under Red category, subject to the suitable conditions and a specific condition that the industry will get its effluent/ emissions analyzed from Board's lab, within one month.
