Pl issue SCN to the industry for refusal of CTE with an opportunity of personal hearing before undersigned on 12.02.2024 (11 am) to the following observations-
1. The site of the industry is located in High Transmission Zone of PSPCL as 11 KVA passes over the industrial site.
2. The industry has not submitted details of land area i.e revenue record alongwith demarcation on site plan, for plantation area proposed to be developed for disposal of effluent.
Meanwhile, AEE to submit comments as per observations made during visit regarding suitability of site for establishment of rice sheller.
