The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not given season wise details of disposal of treated wastewater.
2. The project proponent is required to clarify as to what is the start date of construction/ development activities at the site, so as to ascertain the adequacy of consent fees.
3. The project proponent is required to submit a layout plan depicting the adjoining structures in 100 mtr radius of the proposed project and especially earmark the location of air polluting industry, if any.
4. The project proponent has not mentioned Details of Power Load/power consumption in the application form.
5. The project proponent has not mentioned source of air pollution mentioned in the application form & Feasibility report.
6. The project proponent has submitted site plan for establishment of 64 residential plot, 11 commercial plots & 1 community centre, but in the application form, the project proponent has applied for 64 residential plot, 11 commercial plots only, please clarify.
7. The project proponent has calculated the population demand taking 10 persons/ plot. However, the calculation have to be made by taking 15 persons/ plot.
As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage and is liable to be returned online with the request to resubmit the same after attending above.
