The reply of RO may kindly be perused.
After perusal of the reply of RO, it is observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted proper document w.r.t project report. Only document which was submitted with the application has been submitted.
2. In the application form, APCD as cyclone separator has been mentioned. As per the feasibility report, twin cyclone has been mentioned. However RO has reported multicyclone as APCD as verified during the visit.
If approved, the notice for refusal of NOC be issued to the industry alongwith an opportunity of show casue within 15 days please.
