| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The detail filled in the application is contradictory to the supporting document submitted by the project proponent i.e. cost of the project with CA certificate, as the cost of project in application form is mentioned as 24.14 crores, whereas, as per CA certificate that cost of project is 39.14 crores, which needs clarification.
2. The project proponent has not submitted any permission from Municipal Council, Kharar regarding discharge of treated wastewater into MC sewer.
3. The project proponent has not submitted completion certificate regarding installation of STP of adequate capacity.
It is requested to clarify the same within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
