The report and recommendation of Ro may be perused. The industry has added a powder coating section and drill machine. As per form the industry has provided cyclone separator with powder coating which is normally inbuilt. The industry falls in approved Industrial Area. The machinery can be regularized.
It is recommended that varied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028 (i.e upto adequacy of fee) with suitable conditions after confirming the APCD on the powder Coating unit from RO please.
