| Clarification Note: |
It is submitted that as per the in principal approval issued by DTP vide his memo no. 1802 DTP (L) dated 17/7/2023 (copy already enclosed), as per the approved Master Plan of Ludhiana (2007-31), the site of the industry falls in industrial zone wherein all types of industries are allowed to be established. Further as per Punjab Government notification no. 3/6/07-STE (4)/2274 dated 25/7/2008, where statutory Master Plan has been notified, any development/ construction which come up as per the earmarked zone, there is no need to keep any additional distance from the industry from the environment point of view because these factors have already been considered while earmarking the use of land for different categories in the Master Plan.
In view of the above, there is no need to obtain certificate from the Revenue authorities regarding distance of the site from the nearest village lal lakir/ phirni etc.
It is, therefore, once again requested to process our application and grant CTE at the earliest. |
