As discussed, RO has reported that the CETP is complying with the provisions of the Air Act, 1981 but to link the Both applications , the application of the Air Act,1981 was also recommended for the same period.
The CTO fee deposited by the CETP operator under Air Act,1981 is valid upto 30.06.2028.
now, RO re-proposed that the CTO under the Air Act,1981 may be considered for grant for suitable period as per the validity of its CTO fee.
in view of RO report/recommendations, may ,if approved, consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be renewed to the CETP operator upto 30.06.2028 with usual conditions and special condition that the CETP operator shall not operate the expansion quantity without obtaining varied CTO under Air Act, please.
