The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under: 1. The PP has not submitted the feasibility report regarding effluent generation, air pollution control device to be installed and effluent/ emission disposal arrangement. 2. The PP has not mentioned the treatment of spent acid generated from parting acid. Whether, it will be lifted to TSDF or neutralized before its disposal. 3. The PP has not mentioned the detail of furnace in the application form. 4. The PP has not mentioned the value of rent deed in the CA certificate. 5. The PP has not submitted the certificate of classification/site suitability of land from the concerned authority. 6. The PP has not submitted the building plan approved from the concerned authority. 7. The PP has not submitted the proof regarding date of commissioning. 8. The PP is requested to apply for authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016. As such, may if approved, the consents application of the industry be returned with a request to re-apply after attending the above said observations. Please allow the scrutiny as the consent application have already been returned at AEE level. |
