The reply of the clarification sought is as under:-
Manufacturing process :
Plastic granuels-Extruder maching-Moulds of desired shape-laser printing-final product.
Recirculation details:-
The cooling water used in the extruding machines will be recirculated.
Compliance of Plastic Rules 2011 applicable to the industry. :
The industry has applied for EPR portal, but the CTOs are prerequisite for obtaining EPR registration, industry assured to obtain the same at the earliest.
Sources of air pollution not mentioned :
There is no source of air pollution except DG set which is with canopy and stack of adequate height,
Whether the industry is manufacturing any single use plastics:-
The industry is not manufacturing any SUP item.
