Earlier, the application of project proponent was returned due to following observations:-
1. Please give season wise details regarding utilization of effluent i.e winter, summer, rainy
2. The project proponent has not submitted that permission from MC regarding disposal of effluent.
3. Please correct the Commissioning date in application form.
4. Details regarding handling of solid waste not submitted. Permission /agreement from CA
5. Also not submitted hard copy being fresh application.
6. In feasibility report the effluent will be used for irrigation and Plantation Purposes. Please clarify the same and give the details of plantation area to be developed along with documentary proof.
Now, the project proponent has again submitted application & it has been observed:-
1. The project proponent has submitted a letter from SDO, PWSSB, Nakodar in which it is mentioned that the sewage connection will be given after completion of construction work of road of Model Town-3, Pandori Gate Mehatpur and no specific time period is given for it. Further, the custodian of the sewer network and STP is Department of Local Government & no permission from Department of Local Government (E.O. Mehatpur) has been submitted. Hence, the above, letter by SDO, PWSSB cannot be considered as grant of permission for disposal of treated effluent into sewer of MC Mehatpur by M/s S.P. Builder and Promoter.
2. The project proponent is requested to submit the proposal regarding utilization of treated effluent i.e. plantation area to be developed within/outside the premises or proper permission/NOC from the concerned authority (E.O. Mehatpur) regarding disposal clearly mentioning quantity of discharge allowed.
3. The project proponent has submitted feasibility report in which it is not mentioned that the persons of occupancy/population residing in colony, quantity of waste water generation and season wise detail of disposal of trade effluent in the feasibility report.
In view of above, it is again requested that please clarify/submit the above within 03 days.
