The application of the industry for obtaining fresh consents under green category was earlier returned due to some observations mentioned therein. Now the industry has again not submitted clarification about following points: 1. The industry its application form has not mentioned any detail regarding Water consumption. 2. The industry its application form has not mentioned any detail regarding generation of waste water and its disposal method. 3. The industry its application form has not mentioned any detail regarding source of emissions and its control measures, as the industry has installed drier machine and buffing machine etc 4. The industry has submitted a CA certificate of the other sister concerned unit having address Vill. Monja Kla, which is a wrong. 5. The building plans submitted by the industry are also not consonance with the actual location and position of the industry.
As such the industry was requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. However, establishment has failed to submit its reply for the above said clarification raised by this office within stipulated time period; therefore, the case of the establishment cannot be processed at this stage and is hereby returned with the request to apply afresh after attending the above said observations. Further, the industry is requested to visit this office help desk on any working day from 9.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m, if facing any problem regarding online application. |
