It is submitted that as per categorization made by the CPCB, such type of units are prescribed at Category No. 3011 - Cement products (without using asbestos / boiler / steam curing) like pipe ,pillar, jafri, well ring, block/tiles etc. (should be done in closed covered shed to control fugitive emissions) under Green category. The industry has applied under green category at Sr. no. 3999 (Miscellaneous (Green). Further, the site of the unit was also visited by me on 05.02.2024 and found that there is no residential houses, educational institute and religious place within 500 mtr of the proposed site. There is only one dhabba near to the proposed site. As such, the site is suitable for the above said establishment of the unit. Submitted please. |
