The note of AEE may kindly be perused.
Before taking any further action in the matter, if approved, EE, RO, SAS Nagar may be asked:
1) To intimate the existing ETP, STP, APCDs with their capacities installed by the industry.
2) Details of last monitoring of ETP, STP, APCDs carried out by the Board and analysis results thereof.
3) Existing plantation area developed by the industry and its adequacy.
4) RO is required to re-examine the suitability of site for expansion of the unit as earlier CLU issued in the year 2020 was valid for establishment of new unit.
Now, the industry has proposed expansion at the said site and suitability is required to be adjudged as per the policy of the Board under prevalence/ Master Plan of the said area. |
