It is submitted that the analysis report of the effluent collected on 30.01.2024, yet not received in this office. Further, as discussed with your good-self regarding provision of green buffer zone towards the existing air polluting unit, it is submitted that 15 mtr wide green belt buffer zone towards air polluting unit (as school is established after the establishment of the existing industry) is not developed by the school.
In view of above, it is recommended that case be sent to the Zonal Office-II, Patiala for issuing the show cause notice for refusal of consents with an opportunity of personal hearing, please. |
