The point wise reply is as under: -
1. What is status of change of name on PAN card,SSI and GST ?Attach supporting documents thereof.
Reply: - The industry has attached all the supporting documents in the reply of the clarification attached.
2. Whether the industry has submitted request in writing for change in name. Pl take in writing from the industry also mentioning reasons for the same and whether the previous firm got dissolved? Supporting documents thereof.
Reply: - The industry has submitted reasons in the reply of the clarification attached.
3. Why recommending long term consents without verifying adequacy of pollution control devices, in operational condition of the industry ?
Reply:- The Air emission sampling will be carried out in future, as in this season, the rice sheller has not put machinery in operation and the paddy has also not been alloted by the Govt.
4. Pl report sortex machine or dryer if any installed ?
Reply:- The industry has not installed sortex and dryer machinery.
5. Whether the partners, land area and machinery is the same as installed in previous firm ?
Reply:- The land area and machinery is remains same. Earlier the unit was operated by Samiti, which was got dissolved and now, the unit is being operated by partnership firm.
Keeping above in view, it is recommended that varied consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 both may be granted up to 30/09/2025 for manufacturing of Raw Rice (without Sortex Machinery and without Dryer) @ 1.0 TPH by processing Paddy @ 1.5 TPH as raw material under orange category, under the name of M/s Sri Sai Nath Rice Mill (Previously known as M/s New Garg Gram Udyog Samiti (Regd), subject to certain conditions to be mentioned therein. |
