It is submitted that the HCF has submitted reply to the SCN mentioning that all the shortcomings have been removed. To verify status, the HCF was visited by JEE on 07.02.2024. During visit, it was found that the HCF has now removed all the discrepancies. The waste is now properly segregated. The hypo chlorite containers have been provided and the bye-pass arrangement in lab has been removed. The HCF is now complying with provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and BMW (Management & Handling) Rules, 2016.
Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the HCF upto 30.09.2028 with suitable conditions please.
