The industry has submitted Tehsildar report dated 23/08/2023 of additional land having area 25 kanal, 2 Marle. As per report the Lal lakir/Phirni of Village Khetla is more than 500 mtr. There is no village Lal Lakir/Phirni, wildlife sanctuary, zoo, residential area, Educational institute, historical religious place and protective monument fall within the 500 m radius of additional land i.e 25 Kanal,2 Marle. The industry has not add any plant and machinery in the additional land. However, ETP plant has been provided
in view of above, it is recommended that the varied consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Sorted Raw Rice with Dryer @ 3.0 TPH & Parboiled/Steamed Rice @ 4.0 TPH by using Paddy @ 10.5 TPH, as raw material may both be granted upto 30.09.2028 (upto adequacy of fee), with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and a special condition that the industry will got analyzed its stack emission sample from Board’s lab or Board’s approved lab in coming season. |
