The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended as under :
a) Direction u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 earlier issued to the project may be dropped please.
b) The Consent to Establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
