The HCF was given persona hearing before your good-self on 31.01.2024 wherein it was decided as under:-
1. The authorization under BMW Rules, 2016 and consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the HCF for one year with usual conditions and special condition that the HCF shall comply with the provisions of the BMW Rules, 2016, the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 in true letter & spirit.
2. Assistant Environmental Engineer-I, Sangrur shall visit the health care facility, surprisingly within one month to check the contention made by the HCF.
The minutes of the personal hearing has been conveyed to the HCF vide letter no. 414 dated 08.02.2024. A copy of the same is enclosed herewith. As per the decision no. 1 of the personal hearing consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the HCF for one year with suitable conditions please.
