It is submitted that the industry was visited by officers of the Board on 26.11.2022 and it was observed that the industry has installed 2 no. ball mills of capacity of 100 TPD and 50 TPD...........
Now, the visiting officer has reported that the ball mill are of capacity 60 TPD and 40 TPD........
Clarification is required w.r.t. the following:
1. Exact capacity of the ball mills installed.........
2. Whether any expansion has been made by the industry w.r.t. the capacity of the ball mill........
If approved, the Regional Office be requested to clarify the above to conclude the application.
