The report has been examined and it has been observed that reply submitted w.r.t various observation points need verification. Further, the issues such as disposal of cooling tower blow-down as well as floor washing, open vents with reactors which are required to be connected with the emission control system/ APCD need proper verification and clear-cut remarks.
Also, AEE to comment upon the adequacy of consent fee, as it was earlier informed that the unit has not deposited adequate NOC fee alongwith consent fee and the adequacy of Total NOC/ Consent fee was valid upto 11-01-2024.
