In view of the recommendations of EE RO Patiala, renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the project proponent upto 30.9.2028 with the conditions already imposed in the original consent letter and additional conditions as under:
1. The project proponent shall operate its STP regularly & efficiently to achieve the prescribed standards at all the time.
2. The project proponent shall get its treated wastewater analysed from Board’s lab within one month.
