In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO SGR, may if approved varied consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2027 with suitable conditions and special conditions as proposed by RO as under please: 1. The industry shall put all the components of the ETP at single location for effective monitoring of its operation.
2. The industry shall provide color coding to the pipelines carrying treated/untreated wastewater.
3. The industry shall provide EMF meter at different locations of ETP i.e. outlet of primary tube settler, inlet of DAFF, inlet/outlet of UF/ROs installed by the industry.
4. The industry shall install separate press or to make any suitable arrangements to get out DAFF scum from the system.
5. The industry shall provide arrangement for further treatment/disposal arrangement of MVR residue.
6. The industry shall provide proper approach to its STP for effective monitoring and operation.
7. The industry will ensure not to use plastic carry bags in any form to manufacture its product and will ensure compliance of the notification issued by the Department of Local Govt., Punjab dated 18.02.2016, wherein manufacturing, stocking, distribution, re-cycling, selling and use of plastic carry bags is completely prohibited in the State of Punjab.
8. The industry shall obtain the registration under the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 and its amendments, within one week.
9. The industry shall obtain necessary permission from concerned departments.
10. The industry shall manufacture only items which are allowed as per Government guidelines for plastic manufacturing industries.
11. The industry shall comply with guidelines issued by the PPCB for plastic manufacturing industries.
12. The industry shall submit the analysis report of the product to confirm the standards as per guidelines for such type of units.
