If approved, the industry may be granted 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for six months for manufacturing of Plastic Paint Containers, Lubricant Containers, Ice Cream & Food Container, Pet Bottles with suitable condition and additional conditions that: 1.The industry shall obtain registration under EPR under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016. 2.
