Sir, as per Board Office order no. 329 dated 14.09.2023 in auto generation of renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 and is also covered consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 application upto 50 beds hospital. Presently, the auto renewal of Consents system is in operation.
If approved, the application may be return with request to apply consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 in auto renewal system |
