It is submitted that PP has been issued notice with an opportunity of personal hearing on 22/2/2024 before the Hon'ble Chairman of the Board.
The action for issuance of notice has been got approved from the Competent Authority on E-Noting No: 21301208, which is lying pending with AEE, RO, SAS Nagar.
Meanwhile, the PP has applied NOC as well as CTOs and same has been sent by the RO to ZO without any recommendations as hearing is pending before the Hon'ble Chairman.
In view of the above, it is recommended case may be sent to back to RO with the request to process the in light of the decisions of hearing scheduled for 22/2/2024.
RO may also be advised to send the E-noting for recording of proceedings, please. |
