It is submitted that as observed during visit, the industry has installed 02 no. Ball mills of capacity 60 Tonne and 40 Tonne in its premises and capacity of same were measured at site. No other ball mill was observed in the premises. As informed by the representative, the have replaced their previous malfunction ball mills with these 02 no. ball mills of capacity 60 TPD and 40 TPD, during last year and their production capacity has remained the same i.e. cement production @100 TPD.
Further, after 26.11.2022, the industry was visited by this office on 26.05.2023 and emission sample was collected from the new ball mill installed by the industry, as such it can be inferred that the industry was in the process of installation of new ball mills by replacing the previous ones.
In view of above there has been no change in the production capacity of the industry.
