The note of RO may kindly be perused.
RO has reported that the MCL vide its letter dated 16.01.2024 (received on 18.01.2024) informed that there is a leakage in PDA line near Vijay Nagar Pulli (opposite G.P. Dyeing). The site was visited on 18.01.2024 and it was observed that the line connecting 04 dyeing units of main Tajpur road (M/s Khanna Dyeing, M/s Parbhat Dyeing, M/s Jai Maa Dyeing & M/s Mahavir Dyeing) was broken near Geeta Nagar colony.
Operation of all these four units was shut downed immediately and pipe was repaired on same day.
In this regard the data from SCADA system of all the above said four units was extracted and is attached herewith for ready reference.
After perusal of the data it is observed that even on 18.01.2024 when the shut down has reported to be taken by the RO, there was significant discharge from the above said units. There was about nil discharge on 28.01.2024 when shut down was again taken by the RO.
The above said matter has been made part of the brief note and shall be placed before the Competent Authority, please. |
