| Clarification Note: |
On scrutinizing the application and linking with record file of the industry, it was observed as under:
1. The industry has submitted CA certificate dated 31.03.2023, wherein, three has incease in the value of land head and decrease in the value of building and plant & machinery head as compared to CA evaluation submitted during consent applications in 2019.
2. The industry is required to deposit/link adequate consent to operate fee under the Water Act and Air Act.
3. The industry is required to submit record of fresh water intake, ( canal water intake), RO water utilisation, RO reject and water onto land for plantation( after cooling tower), so as to obtain fresh water intake - utilisation - disposal balance.
4. The industry is required to submit record of disposal of fuel ash generated from the boiler section of its premises.
5. The industry is required to submit a layout plan of premises, marking the plantation/green area developed.
6. The industry is required to submit point wise compliance of conditions of Environment Clearance granted to it.
