| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized the case it has been observed that :-
1. NOC to the project has already been issued vide No. CTE/Fresh/LDH2/2023/21361252 dated 21.03.2023 which is valid upto 20.03.2024. The PP has again applied for fresh NOC, please clarify ?
2. Please submit the point-wise compliance report of previous NOC Conditions issued to the project proponent.
3. Please submit the present status of the project viz-a-viz STP and plantation area.
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days.
