Case has been re-examined w.r.t disposal arrangements.
The PP has proposed to install STP of capacity 100 KLD.
The treated effluent @ 46 KLD will be used for flushing, 3 KLD will be utilized for green area and the rest 28 KLD will be discharged into MC sewer.
PP has already obtained permission from MC Zirakpur for discharge of treated sewage vide no. 4306/BB dated 29/11/2017, which is well before the directions issued to MC Zirakpur by the Board on 15.6.2022. Also decided in the review meeting taken by CEE (P) on 13.7.2023, the permissions may be given to such projects, which are having permission from MC regarding connectivity of MC sewer before 15.6.2022.
Submitted for approval of action already recommended with the additional condition that PP shall maintain the records w.r.t generation of domestic effluent, treated and disposal for different purposes i.e. for flushing, green area and into sewer, please.
