1. Proceedings of personal hearing before the CEE (B) of the Board on 15.11.2023 conveyed to the industry vide letter no. 734 dated 07.02.2024. 2. In compliance to proceedings of P.H, directions u/s u/s 31-A of Air Act, 1981 issued to the brick kiln for closure vide letter no. 736 dt. 07.02.2024 and DFSC, Bathinda were directed vide letter no. 738 dated 07.02.2023 to cancel the license issued to the subject cited brick kiln and not to restore / issue the license to the brick kiln without consent of the Board.(copies of above letters attached). It is requested to submit the compliance of directions. |
